Growing Our Roots in A Small Town
Founded by Bryan & Nikki Rivard in 2019, we’re proud to be part of the farming community in the small town of Harwinton, CT. We're we raise our three beautiful girls, and consider ourselves thankful for the things we have. We regularly host family-friendly events and we sell some of the best natural skincare products around for men & women. It was Goat at first site...
Our story starts out like most Goat romances. What was suppose to be two goats initially turned instantly into five goats to start with. What was oh we will just keep it small became an instant passion for both Bryan and myself and our three beautiful daughters. We all quickly just fell head over heels in love. We have invested in our goats futures as well as ours and are extremly excited to start this adventure of hard work and love. hard work and love. So join us and follow along as we goat to busines. Watch as our daughters begin their showmanship careers, care for the animals & grow.
Our goal is to build our herd to top-notch milking does & show quality goats. We want to bring to the table what the Nigerian Dwarfs represent bringing that very Diary look to our Gals. Focused on selecting and breeding for outstanding diary characteristics, productivity, conformation and good health. We want to build upon a strong foundation and cultivate a legacy for our three daughters.
We are very passionate about what we’re doing and the place where we do it. It’s home. We welcome visitors by prior arrangement and always happy to “talk goat” with any interested folks.

Our mission at Meadowview Farm is twofold. First, we strive to provide quality care of our animals. Our farm also brings for the local residents of Harwinton where a place they can enjoy special activities and purchase fresh farm eggs and other specialty items. Secondly, we make it a rule to only partake in responsible farming in order to protect the environment and our animals. Our amazing Breeding Program that we have started allows us to soon be able to share with you all the great joys and handwork of becoming a Nigerian Dwarf Goat Owner yourself.
